To book your child or young person’s place on an SUNI Camp please download and print a copy of the 2020 Booking Form.
There are 4 steps:
- Complete your Child’s Details
- Complete your Details
- Payment Please enclose a cheque for the £30 deposit or the full fee, made payable to “Scripture Union Northern Ireland”.
- Post
Please post the booking form and payment to your Camp Address (available on the Booking Form PDF)

Terms and Conditions
Insurance
All SUNI camps are covered by a Public Liability (3rd party) Insurance Policy. Please note that some activities listed in the brochure may change due to insurance restrictions unknown at the time of print. In addition to the insurance cover that we provide, we advise everyone to take out cover against personal accident, cancellation, illness and loss of luggage.
Booking and Payment
Booking can be secured by completing the Camp Booking Form and posting it to the camp booking address (available on the camp booking form.pdf) with either a £30 deposit or full payment. If the camp is oversubscribed, we will get in touch with other options and return your form and cheque to you. An email acknowledging the receipt of your form and deposit indicates your booking has been accepted.
Cheques are to be made payable to Scripture Union Northern Ireland. Full fees are due no later than 6 weeks before the camp starts.
You can cancel your booking by emailing the camp. The deposit is non–refundable and if the cancellation comes within the 6 weeks before camp starts any expenses already incurred on your behalf will be forfeited.
Scripture Union Reserves the Right to:
- refuse any booking
- alter or cancel a camp where necessary
- ask a young person to leave the camp if their behaviour is incompatible with the general enjoyment and well–being of others. In these circumstances the parent or guardian will be informed, and collection arrangements must be made at their own expense.
Photographs and video
Sometimes photographs and video footage taken on SUNI Camps are used in publicity materials and on the SUNI website (this may include social media channels). If you have any objection to photographs or video of your child being used for such purposes, please ensure you make this known on the appropriate form to be sent in due course by the team leader.
Data Protection
The information you have given us in this form is held and used throughout the time of the activity. We do not share information with any other organisations. For insurance reasons this information will then be securely archived. To find out more about how we use your information please visit our Privacy Policy at www.suni.co.uk
Email Addresses
If you have provided us with an email address the leader/secretary of your camp will email you important information relating to camp. Please ensure you check your email, including your junk mail folder, regularly (add @suni.co.uk to your ‘safe sender’ list). If you do not wish to receive important information by email, please do not supply us with an email address.
