I’m interested in “Back to School with God”
What information do you ask for?
We don’t ask for any information from people who want to download our Back to School with God resources. However, you can proactively choose to register your interest in Back to School with God, in which case you will fill in a form on our website giving us your name, email address and the name of your church.
Why do you need this information?
If you register your interest in Back to School with God, then we will use the information you have given us to get in touch with you before and after you use the Back to School with God resources in your church. You will have the opportunity to give us feedback on the resources, and we’ll let you know about the following year’s Back to School with God resources. If at any point you don’t want us to contact you about Back to School with God again, you can let us know by email (data@suni.co.uk) phone (028 9045 4806) or by writing to us (Data Team, SUNI, 157 Albertbridge Road, BELFAST, BT5 4PS).
Who do you share my information with?
We don’t share your information with anyone else. Only the passworded Back to School with God staff member will have access to the information on the web form you submitted. They may use MailChimp to get in touch with you (for further information on MailChimp, please see our Third Parties section).
How is it kept secure?
The web application forms are held on our secure, encrypted server. The information will be downloaded to the Back to School with God staff member’s laptop. All our staff laptops are encrypted and passworded.
How long do you retain my data?
Once we have been in touch with you about the following year’s Back to School with God resources, the previous year’s web forms will be deleted from our system and the relevant file will be deleted from the staff member’s laptop.
