Pray for Catherine as she has a time of rest following the busy summer activities. Pray that she would be replenished and ready to begin the work of reviewing our camps and missions in the autumn.
Leadership Development Course
Session 3 of the Leadership Development Course took place on Thursday 22nd April. Helen Warnock (SUNI) looked at develping others and how we can do that in our team and as we lead.

We want to make this course the best it can be for you, hence the mixture of formal sessions, informal mentor meetings, books to read, films to watch and areas to write and consider. Obviously, like anything, the more you put in the more you will get out but we are well aware that each of us has many other areas of life to juggle - this course being one element. So outside of the main sessions and mentor meetings we will select only one mandatory item for everyone to do – in this section it’s reflecting on your personal philosophy - the rest are optional, allowing you to take on board what is feasible for you.
